state-of-the-art source removal duct cleaning

INTRODUCTION TO AIR DUCT CLEANING
Your duct system functions as the respiratory system of
your home. When it becomes contaminated and congested, it should be
cleaned so it can "breathe" normally and efficiently. If you answer yes
to any of the following questions, it may be time to have your air ducts
professionally cleaned:
Does anyone in the house have allergies, asthma or other
respiratory problems?
Does anyone in your family suffer from headaches, nasal congestion, or other
sinus problems, at night or in the morning?
Is there a smoker in the house?
Do you have dogs, cats or other pets?
Do you notice "musty" or "stale" odors when the air conditioner runs?
Do you notice dust on your furniture shortly after cleaning?
Is your air conditioner equipped with only a standard throw-away fiberglass or
hogshair filter?
Dust, dirt, pollen, animal dander and other airborne contaminants are pulled
into your duct system every time the air conditioner runs. These
contaminants build up inside the ductwork over time and can help make your
duct system an ideal breeding ground for mold spores, bacteria, fungus, mildew
and other microbes.
Each time the air conditioner is turned on,
the contaminants are spewed out and circulated throughout your home and affect
the health and comfort of your family. Family members who suffer from
allergies, asthma or other respiratory ailments as well as children and the
elderly are especially vulnerable to the effects of indoor air pollutants.

Before
After
Your air conditioning system consists of the air handler or
furnace and ductwork connected to the air handler, to distribute the air to the
various areas of your home. The air handler contains the moving parts of
your air conditioning system on the inside of your home - the cooling coils,
and the blower wheel to move the conditioned air; the ductwork distributes the
air evenly to the individual rooms.
Mold and bacteria can grow in the mechanical equipment in the air handler unit
and it is very important not to neglect this area when planning your air
conditioning maintenance. There are low cost duct cleaners who will
ignore and not clean this area of your air conditioning system or will not
clean it properly. Even with proper filter changes, the air conditioning
units need to be serviced regularly and the ductwork inspected at yearly
intervals.

THE
CLEANING PROCESS
The HEPA AIRE method used by our company assures you that your ducts are being
cleaned with the
mo
st advanced source removal equipment available. This high
tech, state-of-the-art system is used by
leading professional duct cleaners
throughout North America, and is widely recognized as the most significant
breakthrough in duct cleaning equipment technology in the past 30 years.
The key components of this system are the patented HEPA AIRE portable power
vacuum and the AIRE SWEEP compressor. This system enables our technicians to
reach and thoroughly clean your entire HVAC duct system with minimal noise and
disruption, and optimum containment.
The supply and return networks are "zoned" or separated, so that they can be
cleaned separately. Access is made into the supply duct system and the flex
duct from the HEPA AIRE inlet is connected and turned on to create airflow.
Each branch is cleaned separately, starting with the furthest branch from the
air handler unit. The branches and boots are cleaned by running the forward
and reverse air sweeps to dislodge debris and pull the debris back towards the HEPA AIRE to be captured in the multi-stage filtration/collection system.
Once the supply ductwork has been cleaned, the air handler components
(evaporator/cooling coils, blower motor and assembly) can be cleaned depending
on condition.
